2010+ CD Not Finding Hard Drive

Using 2010 Home Plus build 7160, from ISO.

Booting HP 8560W notebook it does not see the hard drive. CD works on other model notebooks (older).

Set command line to do 'acpi=off noapic', the boot hung in Busybox after a couple of commands.

Anything to do or am I stuck with now unusable software?

If this is a new computer, it is most likely using the new GPT partition scheme. True Image products prior to 2013 are not compatible with GPT.
