Acronis Cloud Sync problem - Impossible to copy data

Hi,

I have True Image 2014 on two PC (both with Windows 8.1) and since yesterday the cloud sync is not working anymore. I got the same error messages on both PC:

- Failed sync: error code 0x019A005D+0x01ED03E8+0x01910049+0x00040003+0x00980001
- Impossible to copy modified data from PC to Acronis Cloud: error code 0x019A0000

Before yesterday I never had problems and my cloud account is still valid (expires in Dec 2014). I can also connect to the Acronis Cloud web page where I can see that the last version of the data are from three days ago.

I have already tried some research on the forum and knowledge base, including error code, but I found nothing related to the issue.

I will appreciate any help

I solved the problem! Luckily, after many test, I have been able to solve the problem by myself! I removed the sync task, copied the sync folder data to a new folder on my PC and created a new sync task... and now it works :-)

I suppose there was something corrupted in the sync db.

Hope this helps anybody else who will have this problem!
