I have to make a copy of a disk of a laptop model acer travelmate P253-M i3 intel graphics 4000 4GB RAM HD 500GB
I bought this version to make the backup of this notebook because the 2010 version that give me an error.
When I start the DVD tells me starting UEFI loader ... upload video to all but I can not see anything except a broken screen throughout. If I move the mouse I see something that moves, but then I can not proceed.

how can I fix it? anyone have suggestions?

If it prompts to press 'e' for kernel parameters while in text mode (it should do it in latest builds, like 38350), try it and add
load_vgafb
to the parameters list. If it doesn't help, try specifying vga mode like
vga=0x314
(other modes are available at http://kb.acronis.com/content/2921 )
