How does Acronis 2014 handle multiple scheduled backups that take longer than the interval set between backups

Thread needs solution

I have three backups on my schedule: a daily cloud backup of my critical business and personal files, a daily full disk and system backup of my hard drive, and a weekly backup of my email.

I have scheduled these to occur about an hour apart in the late evening so they run after I have finished using my computer. The backups can take longer than an hour if it is doing a full backup every 5 times.

How does Acronis 2014 handle a backup scheduled to go when the other one has not finished? Also I want to set a computer shut down after the last backup to save energy and not have the computer running all night. If I put the shut down command after the last scheduled backup will it wait for all the backups to run before shutting down the computer?

I am new at this but by found accidently that the new backup starts when the old one is finished no matter what the interval.

Yes, the backups are queued one after the other as called.
If the shutdown is a post command as part of the backup, it will shut the system down after that specific backup so you have to be sure it is the last backup to be run.

schedule can be changed from main menu without opening the task edit function.
