"No Registed Products"

Thread needs solution

G'day everyone

I have had to go a round-about-way through these discussions to try and find a way to get some tech support from Acronis. They have made it almost impossible to submit a ticket to them as one submission cancels out another.

I have ATI and ADD as well as Plus Pack. Started off with 2013 versions and upgraded to 2014. Then I registed them! I even have the emails confirming these registrations!

On top of that, I login to the Acronis site to try to "Re-register" them (as it says on the top right hand side, "Registered Products = 0)....so I copy all the keys into their little box and lo-and-behold, I get an error msg saying that I have already registered them!!!

Unbelievable! So here I am, can't open a ticket because I have "NO Registered Products", even though I do and I couldn't even get to the forums using my products because it wouldn't let me because I have no registered products...but it knows I have registered products but I don't have any registered products!!! Unbelievable!!! Again!!! Lol! So I had to enter here through a freebie that was advertised! Unbe....!

Ok, so enough rambling. That is one? problem I have. The other is that I made "recovery" disks with ATI but I can't get it to run. I go into the bios and set it to boot from the cd/dvd/bluray but it still won't boot! Just bypasses and straight to windows logon. I have made a second boot disk but same...nothing doing!

So here I have a full backup on dvd's which I need to use to fix my pc but I can't get it to work.

I am running Windows 8.1 Pro x64bit on a MSI GE70 2oe Quad core Laptop

I would appreciate any ideas to help me to move forward to be able to restore my computer with my backup dvd's rather than having to re-install Windows 8 and then 8.1 upgrade and then all my progs as well :(

All your serials and download ability works off the email address supplied at time of purchase.
If email addresses has changed, this can cause intitial problems.
registration of serials is done by the user after purchase.

Address is the same I have used for donkey's years and as I said above, I DID register ALL the serials AND I still have the confirmation emails saying so! I have emailed to the address you gave and will wait to hear from them. Once again, thank you for your fast reply and your help!
