True Image 2014 stops during Cloud backup

Thread needs solution

My TI2014 stopped last night about 3/4 of the way through after almost a week.
I restarted it now I'm back to 11 days. Doesn't it read what was already copied and not have to redo the whole image again?

I'm begging to wonder if going the extra step and getting the cloud storage was a good idea.
My complete backup of to my EHD went flawlessly and was verified and went fast.

A number of users have reported issues with cloud backup and restore. These are in all likelihood network issues and probably not fixable by the user. Acronis support will need to look into this for any resolution.
