Will True Image 2013 work with Cloud?

I have 3 licensed units, one on each computer, True Image 2013.
I purchassed the max Online Cloud storage.
When I tell TI to back up to the cloud.
Nothing happens after selecting what I wish to backup.
the spinner just spins, for hours...
Right now I see both C & D drive are selected to be backed up
Destination Cloud 500GB
Schedule if off, so I can do a backup now.
I left Windows Account empty as I am the windows user.

What am I missing, this isn't rocket science.
I just want to switch from all the extra backup drives to the Cloud.
