certificate error, new location, cloud not connecting

The certificate is not valid. Probably this computer is being used from another location. Please reconnect to Acronis Cloud to update your certificate.

I have not been able to connect to the 'cloud' for 2 months. All attempts at reconnecting fail

Another error had to do with "connect to the internet with an Ethernet cable". I have wireless, why does that not work?

Same problem for me. I think.

The event code is: Event code: 0x009800CC+0x009800CD
Event details: The certificate is not valid. Probably this computer is being used from another location. Please reconnect to Acronis Cloud to update your certificate.

Then there is:
Event details: Operation has completed with errors. 0x9F2C53C72E8BCD1F

It has been a month as well. I think it is when I updated my password. It was updated on website and on the software.

is the issue is still present? If yes, do I understand correctly that re-login in program didn't help?
