Backing up & Moving among PCs

I'm a newbie to Acronis but not to backups. I have the 3 pack of 2014. Issue: I'm in the midst of a three machine swap of data, software, and hardware and am looking for best practices/procedures in making this move with ACRONIS, or not.

The family network has three PCs (WIN7 Pro) and a new one under construction. Each has at least one external HD. There are also two NASes. All are connected in a HOMEGROUP by an ethernet wired network. One of the PCs is not involved in the current reconfiguration, but is available for storage space.

PC A will be stripped of HDs and video equipment and decommissioned at the end of the build. What is on it has to be moved or will be destroyed. It is necessary to get what I want off this machine before starting the OS install on PC D because I need the video hardware to go to PC C. The OS is specifically NOT to be moved. (It is 32 bit; replacement is 64 bit.)

PC B will have an SSD added as the new Boot drive. The OS will be X'ed out so that the new install and rebuild of all the applications/drivers etc. will be fresh. After 5+ years it is getting a tad slow. Although the apps will all be re-installed or abandoned, the hardware will remain. This machine is now the primary database host with a photo db & a GIS db. That role will transfer to PC D at the end of this process.

PC C is a totally new build and will also have an SSD for Boot. It also could host the HDs from PC A but, again, I definitely do not want the old OS (32 bit & 8 years old) tangled with the new install.

PC A has two HDs; B, three; C, as many as five (two 4T drives are in hand plus the SSD).

PC D will not be touched in this build except as a host for data/backups perhaps.

There are many backups and images, mostly done in WIN7 backup.

How would ACRONIS 2014 assist in this endeavor?

Can you clarify what you want to move from which computer to which one?

Okay. I have data, apps and backups on PCs A & B. PC D is not affected in this part of the operation except possibly as a temporary host for data. PC C is the target, the new build. PC A will be scrapped, but the hard drives can/will be moved to PC C which will have 2 new 4TB drives as well.

In effect all the Apps on PCs A & B will be installed as new on PC B and PC C. Is it possible for ACRONIS to image or backup and install specific applications? The new Boot drives for these two PCs will be SSDs and so fresh, initial installs --- but is it possible to capture other application executables individually and re-install them?

If I backup each data drive on PCs A & B, can I select where individual folders are later placed? Without several MOVE s.
