How to Avoid Backing up Large Moved Files?

Hello,

Consider the following:

1. I have a folder named "Personal Home Videos"
2. There is 20GB of videos (in a large number of files)
3. I back it up to the Acronis Cloud
4. I then Move the Folder or move the files.

I would like to run the same backup incremental, sync, or whatever and have the following occur:

1. True Image 2014 realizes the files moved or the folder moved
2. True Image reflects the move in the backup
3. True Image does NOT copy the same 20GB again.

Is there any way to do the above, with any Acronis product?
