True Image upgrade problems 2009 to 2010

I upgraded today to True Image 2010.

I started the program and tried to run my backups and the computer froze. I had to hard boot.

I re-tried backing up, same thing again. I checked the log file and all I could find was:

A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Acronis OS Selector Reinstall Service service to connect.

The ASPI32 service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

The MSCamSvc service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the path specified.

The DgiVecp service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the device specified.

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

The configuration of the AdminConnection\TCP protocol in the SQL instance MSSMLBIZ is not valid.

\SystemRoot\SysWow64\Drivers\PQNTDrv.SYS has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.

I uninstalled 2010, and re-installed 2009, and still get the same problems. Everytime a backup starts the computer freezes.

Any suggestions?
