Upgrade 2015 to 2014
What is the easiest way of upgrading from True Image 2015 back to 2014?
I want to retain my existing backups from 2014

Lontro, I have a similar problem as Barbecue. Your method makes sense, but don't you lose one of the "installations" doing it that way. Logically, if you had 2014 installed (thus using one of your installations), then you upgraded to 2015 and were disappointed, so you uninstall 2015. At that point you don't have any version of True Image, so you have to re-install 2014, thereby using another of your installations, right? If I'm wrong, please explain b/c this is why I'm hesitant to follow that procedure to get back to 2014 - I don't want to lose one of my installations by installing twice to the same computer.

Mickey, are you afraid to loose one of the possible installations the license allows?
You should not loose one of you installations if the target PC system is the same system.
License checks always calculate with hardware identifier keys to make this possible. Otherwise you would never be able to reinstall your Windows again :)
I have a license for three installations and all of them are in use. My uninstall of 2015 and install of 2014 was successful.

THANK YOU, LONTRO! Yes, that's precisely what I was afraid of - I didn't want to lose one of my 3 installations by having to install 2014 to the same machine due to this debacle. I'm nowhere near technically advanced enough to know how the license checks work, so I truly appreciate you taking the time to explain it. I feel MUCH better about this now. I'd buy ya a beer if I could! My plan, now that I know what you've shared, is to just go ahead and try 2015 since I have it installed now. I'm disappointed about losing some features I used (e.g. Try & Decide; Ability to sync to backups on external HDD; etc.) but I might as well see if there are new features that offset those disappointing losses. If 2015 turns out to be a complete bust for me, I honestly can't tell you how reassuring it is to know I can just uninstall 2015 and re-install 2014 without fear of losing one of my installations. Thank you, Sir!

Take a full backup with 2014 installed and then just restore your backupl when desired.

GroverH, I wasn't smart enough to take a full backup with 2014 before I installed the 2015 upgrade. :( I have an older backup, but I would lose too many other things I've installed, etc. if I use it, so that would be a last resort. Frankly, I think Lontro's suggestions above will solve the problems that Barbecue and I have. Lontro is KING! :)
