Thread needs solution

When, say, a backup fails in 2014 it was relatively easy to look and see what went wrong.

Now correct me if I'm wrong in 2015 you go to Help and generate System Report that takes ages and creates a .zip file full of loads of different files that can't be read unless you know what to look for.

1. is there a better way to look at logs/what went wrong
2. is there a parser program available to end users to be able to read the logs and know what's going on
3. is the plan that every time a user has a backup failure and doesn't know why that they send all this information to Acronis in a system report.

Has this upgrade been thought through?

I'm not sure if you get more information if you set up the email option for a task. I haven't had a task fail yet, so I'm unsure what might be in the task email in that event.

thanks Colin, yeah just setting that up to see what I get when it attaches a log.
