Newbie: Can I set ATI Homeup to just keep newest copy of each file without full backup
I just purchased ATI Home 2010 a couple of days ago and have it currently set up to do incremental backups each night after having first done a full backup. I was surprised to see that the incremental backup was not what I thought it was.
I had though that an incremental backup would overwrite the files in the full backup that had been changed since the last incremental backup, basically giving me one full archive of the most recent versions of each file.
As I only wish to have archived the most recent version of each file that I change to conserve disk space, is there a way to configure the application to do this without having to do a full backup every night?
Thanks,
Ross

Do I do it under consolidation or under backup method by creating a new full backup after x incremental backups?

If you're talking about data files, not applications or the OS, then True Image is not the best software to use for the purpose. Look into Karen's Replicator or SyncBack.
