How to get Product Questions Answered by E-mail

I'm currently using Acronis True Image Home 2012, Update 2, Build 7119. Though it has some quirks in it related to cataloging multiple drives correctly, I've worked around them. I have an offer to upgrade to True Image Home 2015, and I'm interested, however, I have several specific questions that I would like to ask about the new product before I purchase it.

I've looked and looked, and can't find a place on the Acronis web site to ask such questions. If I log in, of course, and select my product, I'm told that support for it has expired, and the e-mail option is not available. I do understand that. However, the questions I want to ask are about a product that I don't yet have. And going though the FAQ just doesn't adequately answer my questions.

Is there a place to submit e-mail product questions before purchase, or must one buy first, and ask questions later?

If you have a pre-sales question, you can contact support this way:

https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/contact-us.html => choose Presales/Licensing Questions => I have a question about Acronis product => and you'll be able to submit your request via e-mail or chat.

And more straightforward experience with the product can be received from using a trial version:
