Unable to Login

Thread needs solution

I am attempting to upgrade my HTPC's (W7 64bit Home Premium) True Image 2014.

I am unable to login using my general email address I used to purchase the product. I have tried changing the password twice, to no avail. The first one was very unclear as to whether one of the symbols was a l or L or 1, so tried another generated password. Again, one of the symbols is similar to above. I have tried all three passwords,

I tried generating another account. But it won't let me with the same email.

What now??
