[SOLVED] Installer cannot continue because one of True Image tools is running...
... Please close the runnig tool and restart the installer.
That's the message I get after completing the download and the installation files are unpacked. I could not find any running True Image tool on my computer, and after trying two or three more times I subsequently uninstalled v2014, rebooted, made sure it was completely uninstalled and tried again with the same result. I'll be getting in touch with Support about this, but hoping someone here is able to shed some light on this.
If it makes any difference I'm trying to install this upgrade on a Lenovo W540 Laptop with a Core i7-4800Q CPU 2.70 GHz with a 64-bit Operating System and 16 GB RAM, with a 480 GB SSD.
EDIT: Contacted Support via the chat line and they provided me with a link to a different file, which installed correctly. Can't complain about the service!

In my case, 'continue' was not offered, the only option was 'close'. After closing there was no evidence of the installation files left on my computer that I could find, even after rebooting. However, it only took a few minutes to get a link to a different file from the chat line tech, and that one installed without difficulty, so I would recommend that procedure to anyone else who encounters this problem.
