Why Enhanced write filter is not working when cloning with Acronis

Thread needs solution

Hi everybody,

I'm using a Windows Embedded solutions to my client install.
When I have same few devices to install the same configured image, I like to use Acronis.
But with Windows Embedded, on the cloned devices the Enhanced Write Filter is not working.
I have a popup on each start with the following description:

Enhanced Write Filter Management Tool
-WMI reported an error while getting an instance of class
EwfVolumeConfiguration.
The system cannot find the path specified.

I have the same problem with acronis 2012 - 2014 and now again with 2015.
When I clone a normal Windows 7 or 8.1, it is ok.

I'm thinking maybe this is due to a problem with SID, is it possible to change automatically the SID when cloning? (I am cloning with usb live boot acronis)

Thanks for any help

Today I have succeeded with the cloning with Acronis.
I have use sysprep, but I think I have a problem with the unattend .xml file.

Resume: When cloning with Acronis, you need to sysprep the image.
Use sysprep with a unattend .xml file previously created with ICE.
Then live boot acronis from usb, to make a .tib
This .tib is ready to be cloned without EWFmgmt problems.
