Error Message - Unable to Create Volume Snapshot
Having recently updated to 2015 version I now receive this message every time I try to do my Disk and Partition backup which I do once a month. This worked fine in previous version. Now crashes after processing approximately 200Gb. No solution available on Acronis Web site. Any help gratefully received.

Have uninstalled 2015 and reverted to 2014 which has just completed with no errors. Thank you for your advice.

I have the same problem as John and completed the procedure set out by Pat and re-installed True Image 2015. Sadly the problem is not resolved.
When shutting done my machine it reports that tasks must be completed before switching off, it was stuck like this for more than 8 hours with the only method of stopping the pesky software was to pull the battery from my laptop. I have now uninstalled the software and logged a service request and hope to receive a response in due course.
Reverting to an older version whilst it would allow a functional work around does not appear to be progress.

What version did you have prior to 2015? And what is your OS? It looks like in some situations, there is a problem updating the snapshot driver?

My copy of Acronis is not yet 2 weeks old and has always been version 2015. I don't know what build I had before the update of last week as the link only takes me to latest version.
The first back up to my NAS, Acronis Cloud and finally to a USB drive which I carry around when I travel (which is a lot) went fine and then along came the update to 6005 which has been a disaster.
My PC is a Toshiba satellite with an SSD in place of the existing drive. The OS is Windows 7 Ultimate.

I experienced same problem and tried same "solution" offered in this forum. No success. I reverted to TI2014 which works just fine. TI215 purchase was just a waste of my money (but no doubt Acronis is happy!!)
