Cannot create cloud backup, getting error codes and random cloud backups showing that cannot be deleted

Hello,

I really need some help. I have Acronis True Image Home 2013 and subscription to the cloud service. It upsets me that even though I pay annually for the cloud service I cannot contact Customer service about this issue... Anyway here is my problem....

In the backups tab, I have my normal backups listed plus random cloud backups I did not create. The names are a long combination of numbers and letters and say they have 0 bytes. When I go to try and delete them, it won't let me and gives me an error code. When I try to create an online cloud backup, it states I have too many computers and have reached the maximum limit even though I only have 3 computers each one with their own separate licensed copy of Acronis True Image Home 2013. I have attached some pictures illustrating the problems I am experiencing. I have also tried entering the error codes into the knowledgebase only for it to state there is nothing listed for that error code!

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cannot use the cloud service I am paying for!
