Cannot connect to update server

Thread needs solution

I'm finally going to use a copy of True Image 2010 and wanted to get the latest version. But when I try to access the server I get the subject message. It appears that support is still available until the 29th of December, thoughts?

FWIW, solved it. Uninstalled the older CD version that I had used and since I had registered during that process was able to download what I hope/believe is the latest version from the website. Bottom line, I did my first full (lengthy) backup with many planned incrementals to follow. That does pose the question, where/how do you display the version that you are using, haven't uncovered that yet?

Not a good idea. More frequent full backups and fewer incrementals is a better idea.
When restoring incremental backups, all preceding incremental backups must be restored as each inc only has part of the data which no other inc has. Read GH25 below for more help.
