I presently have ATI 2014 and it works reasonably well. I have received an email from Acronis offering Acronis True Image Unlimited for PC & Mac with the cost being 29.99 for one computer license. On the Acronis web page it offers an upgrade price for 41.99. I am somewhat confused. Is the price of 41.99 to upgrade from 2014 and the 29.99 price for upgrading from 2015?

Cloud storage I have never used. How is the reliability of cloud back up and how is the speed. I have a fast internet connection with FIOS.

Any help will be appreciated.

I suggest you take another look carefully & go directly from your email link. Acronis offers many products for 1 or 3 computers. I got a similar thing but managed to figure it all out.

Is this your perception of "user forums" to simply tell someone with a question to just go "figure it out"? If I had only your solution to a question asked in the forum, I would not offer your advice.
