Cannot see my files in Cloud with the web browser of my Android device

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have uploaded files to the Acronis Cloud. I can see them when browsing with my PC web browser but when I am browsing with my Android device, I have access to the Acronis Cloud but I can't see any files. The Cloud seems to be empty.

Any help please?

I don't see any registered Acronis Cloud subscriptions under this email address.
