Window 7 cannot open after cloning to another hdd

Thread needs solution

Background:I have my system HDD, say HDD A on my pc A. Since there is bad track on HDD A.
(window 7 ultimate 64)

I brought a new HDD B for cloning all data from HDD A.

I have used the disk cloning function by True Image 2015 on pc B for cloning and I checked that
all data are successfully just by explorer.exe on pc B.

Situation: When I put the new HDD B to pc A to substitute HDD A, window cannot start with a blue screen
flash for 0.1 sec.

I have captured half content of the blue screen and link is here: http://i58.tinypic.com/k0nhbq.jpg

Even I tried to use the startup repair by Window Restoring disc or tried to open the system in safe
mode, it fails.

Question: How to normally open this window cloned ?

First thing is you need to see if you can repair HDD A. Your cloned drive will carry over what ever data that is corrupted in the bad track to your new clone HDD B and it will be corrupted as well,

You will need to start by running the chkdsk /r command on all partitions on the drive including any hidden partitions. You must run the chkdsk command using an admin command prompt and to run the command on hidden partitions you will need to use Windows Disk Management to temporarily assign a drive letter to those partitions. Once the chkdsk utility has run on these hidden partitions you then need to remove the temporary drive letter from the hidden partition again using Windows Disk Management.

If your PC is a laptop some special considerations are in order. Please review the link below for recommended procedures for using the Clone tool.
