Hello Daniel,

Let me fix the issue.

First of all please make sure that you're using the latest build #7046 that is available for download from your account.

I may suggest you to check the external drive for errors:

Could you please check the disks for errors?

  • Go to the Command Prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd)
  • Enter the command: "chkdsk DISK: /r"

where DISK is the partition letter you need to check.

If the issue still persists, please collect AcronisInfo output and submit a support request with the collected information.

Please reply to this thread if you have any additional questions.

Thank you.

Tank you for your response.

It is not my PC and i will making your check at the next week.

I have remarks : This error message is not on the external Drive but on the master drive C: and my question is :
Why Acronis make a error message on the C: disc ?
i suspect a USB problem but why this message on C: ? IT's logical?

Thanks and best regards.
Daniel

Hello Daniel,

That error message may indicate that there are some file system errors on your C drive and CHKDSK utility probably will fix them.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.

Thank you,

I will test make and recontact you when i have an other problem.
For me this case is closed.
Thank you for your availability.
Best regards.
