Remove Cloud from Sync

Thread needs solution

I have searched the forum and KB and can't find the answer.

How do I remove the Cloud from the sync? I have 2 computers synced together with the Cloud in the middle (as it were) My Cloud subscription has finished, but the Cloud remains showing in the sync.

It is so frustrating not being able to delete the initial sync, that would make life so much easier.

There are issues in the product with the sync agent and cloud storage. I think you have found one of them that I find no reference for but the ones I do find reference for are all slated for resolution in the next release of the product. Not any help I know!

Trust me to find one. OK, I guess I will have to find a workround
