Acronis restore fails with unknown event codes

Thread needs solution

 I have had 3 failures to restore in the last 4 attempts with TrueImage 2015 ... and it gives error codes they don't even have in the knowledge base

Full backup completed successfully 4 days ago; TIB file exists with correct date; can be openened and browsed

Can I get Acronis to restore it - hell no! I am really fed up with this product...
