True Image 2016 for 3 PC's serial number registered with Acronis but program won't recognize serial number

Thread needs solution

I just installed true image 2016 on a Windows 10 X 64 machine. The installation went fine however the program will not accept the serial number.

On the Acronis website the serial number is immediately recognized and registered.

However it's been a totally frustrating experience to get any support or response from Acronis support so I thought I'd try this forum.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Without divulging the serial number, can you send a screenshot of the error or transcribe it?

Typically, tech support is the way to go with product licensing issues - did you try to reach them via instant chat or email?  If you have not started a support case via chat yet, that may be the best course of action to get a hold of someone ASAP.  Otherwise, I think the support site says email response is like 3 days and I'm sure each interaction between could take awhile as well. 

Also, there is an Acronis Cloud test tool - try running it and make sure you get successful responses all the way to the point that the command windows self closes.
