Acronis 2010 Non Stop Backup - Unable to delete individual versions

Thread needs solution

I have Acronis 2010. I am using NonStop Backup. It seems to work well. But I cannot delete individual versions of a file.. In the help it states "View Versions Icon - Opens the window that contains the selected item's versions list. In the window you can select the version you want to recover or DELETE UNNEEDED versions". This I took to mean that if you have, say 10 versions of a file, you are able to delete perhaps the first 5. It would seem that you can select a version to recover but I am missing the facility to delete. Right clicking on the unneeded file does not display that option neither does the delete key. Am I misunderstanding and you cannot delete individual versions. Can anyone advise?

Hello wunay,

Please accept our apologies for the difficulties you've experienced.

In order to investigate the issue we need some additional information from you. Could you please do the following?

We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.

I will not be using that particular PC until tomorrow and will then contact you with my response. In the meantime,- am I correct in my interpretation that you are able to delete individual versions of a file so that, say, versions 1 and 6 are left out of six versions, and if so how do you delete them?
