backup failure with error code 46

We have this error codes and our backup to disk fails

(Full exchange information stores backup to disk )

Please inform us with suggested job edit.

Thank you for your posting! I would recommend to check credentials specified in the backup plan:

  • Make sure the account you are using to run Acronis Managed Machine service is granted with all necessary privileges
  • When creating a backup plan, ensure that the account with the required permissions is specified in What to back up > Access credentials.
