Some TIB files has been encrypted by randsomeware

Hi All

We had a randsomeware infection and a few of the TIB files on the backup drive has been encrypted, however there are plenty that is still in tact. (about 5% of the files was damaged / encrypted)

I can select some single files and recover, however I cannot recover the volume or even folders, giving an unknown error.

Is there a way that I can recover the entire volume or drive, and acronis will simply recover what is available and not recover what is not?.

It's impossible to restore it this way you suggested. If there are intact files with Full backups, you should be able restore from the its backup chains that are not damaged - Full+Differential+number of incrementals or Full+number of incrementals.
