Acronis True Image Home 2011 much slower than the 2010 Version?

I upgraded to the latest 2011 version and tested it on my same Computer which is a Windows 7 32bit and 300GB Sata HDD. It took only 10 minutes to create a full Image with the 2010 version, but takes 53 minutes with the 2011 upgrade version. I use same compression settings and destination for the Image. Why is this latest version so slow?

Was the created image size the same? No other partition(s) slipped in by default?

All was identical, first tested the new 2011 version, then uninstalled it and ran the old 2010.
