Cloud server down
This morning when I tried to connect to the cloud server to view my backups I get a "Server is not available" message (image attached). Any idea when it will be back up? Is there someplace where Acronis posts info about server status: outages, planned maintenance, etc. I would like to be kept in the loop. Also I just subscribed and would like to know if this is a common problem? Thanks.

That is ONE of the main reasons I NEVER use cloud backup. I use local, removable drives for all my backups.
One I keep on-site and one I rotate off-site. If I am ever desperate to recover a file or a complete image of a drive, I do not have to rely on the cloud OR the internet.
... But, I have to say, my experience using Acronis TIH for backup and recovery has been very good. TIH saved us several times and that is exactly what I bought it for... I tested and tested and feel safe with TIH.

Jorgen, welcome to these User Forums.
There is no Acronis Cloud server status page unfortunately but there are some tools that you can try to see if the problem is with the server or in the connection to it.
See KB 47145: Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool and also KB 4350: Acronis Backup to Cloud access ports and hostnames
If you still see a problem, then please open a Support Case directly with Acronis Support as only they have access to the systems behind the Cloud service.
