No validation possible - Error 0x006400CF+0x006400DE+0x00640001

Hello dear experts,

I use Acronis True Image on Windows 7 Pro. I created a full sectorwise backup from my system partition C: on an external hard disk giving a file (T)_full_b2_s1_v1.tib.

Now I tried to validate this and I get the error messge: "Es gibt keine Versionen des Backups", in English: "There are no versions of this backup". I am directed to the Arconis Knowledge base  http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/ 

with the error code 0x006400CF+0x006400DE+0x00640001 but there is no information available.

It's also impossible to restore from this backup, I get the same error message.

How is it possible to use this backup if I need it ?

Joachim, please try the tip given at https://forum.acronis.com/forum/acronis-true-image-2016-forum/please-locate-last-version-backup#comment-359062 to try deleting all the files in C:\Users\[your_username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Database
