Upgrade from 11.7 to 12.5 lost most of my schedule tasks

Hello

i upgraded from 11.7 to 12.5 but lost almost all my schedule tasks.

is there a way to recover them ? or do i have to start all over again ?

quick question  with 11.7 i could choose to keep the backup days weeks and months, now i only can choose days en weeks, why is that ?
