how to join support whe you can't register our products
I want to contact support for a technical issue but I can't because my license product is registered in your system for my collegue who is actually in holidays.
Could you tell me how I can contact support without register my products ?

I am very sorry for the inconvenience but it is not possible to contact our Support team without registered products in your Acronis web-account. The serial number is used to determine the support options and support expiration date and without it this information is unavailable.
