How to Restore Windows 7

I am unable to restore a Windows 7 64-bit TI 2010 (with Plus Pack) backup to my laptop. My Backup contains:
NTFS (Windows 7) (C:)
NTFS (SYSTEM)
MBR and Track 0
What 'New locations' do I restore these drives to?
I have tried every combination but everything fails and I get a 'The boot selection failedbecause a required device is inaccessible' error message on re-booting.
I do NOT have the original Windows DVD!
