Error: Current CA Certificate Expired

I have recently setup the Acronis Online Backup and after a few days of operation I am receiving an error message of "Current CA Certificate Expired". The error message appeared on both computers running the Acronis Online Backup, therefore I'm assuming it is a problem with the account or the servers. Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this issue? I searched the old forum posts and one suggested deleting the certificate at \ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\OnlineBackup\. However I have tried that on one of the computers and it did not resolve the issue - i.e. a new certificate was not installed.

The problem is with the Acronis Online Backup servers. As it is a weekend, the problem may not be fixed until Monday, but probably, one of their support staff will get the page here soon, so try again in the afternoon (Central Time.) Looks like the server(s) stopped working around 4 AM CDT this morning.

Same exact problem, I think Donald nailed it as being a server problem. Good to know I'm not the only one with this issue. Lets see how long it takes Acronis to resolve this. You can still recover data using a web browser.

Same problem here. Deleting the client certificate \ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\OnlineBackup\ had no effect.

I'm shocked that Acronis considers this sort of thing to be acceptable. I'm part of a pilot group of users testing the service before we roll it out company-wide. It's hard to see how I could give a positive review at this point...

I just bought this program, have the same problem, and man am I disappointed. I hope this gets fixed ASAP!

I have the same problem: Current Ca certificate expired. Errorcode: 0x00980320. Deleting the certificate is no help. Have sent them a screenshot.
