Not happy with ATI 2018

Thread needs solution

I have recently purchased ATI 2018 as an upgrade to ATI 2016. 2018 caused scrolling issues so I uninstalled it. After a reboot there were no scrolling issues, so I reinstalled 2016 and after another reboot there were still no scrolling issues.

I would like my money back, but cannot find anywhere on the website where I can contact somebody.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Acronis forums! I'd suspect that the issues you are describing are related to the activity of Acronis Active Protection service. You can disable it and check if the issue reproduces or not.
