differential backups failing/network disconnected

Thread needs solution

Since last Thursday, my differential backups have failed with a network disconnected error. I am running Windows 2003 Server, Acronis True Image 9.1, and have had successful backups for over a year. I haven't made any changes, and I can browse to the directory on the nas where the backups are held. I am attaching the log of the manual backup I started today.

If I am not mistaken, the backup is created in Windows. I can suggest the following troubleshooting guide for fixing Network Backup Issues in Windows. If it does not help to resolve the problem, please contact our technical support with these logs.

1. Network logs.

2. AcronisInfo report.
