Adding Windows machine in Acronis console, failed, access denied. Acronis backup 12.5

Thread needs solution

Both the manager and target machine are Windows 7 machine in a domain environment.

pingable, firewall diabled , uac=0,

finally, access denied

Hello David,

Make sure all the prerequisites from https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisBackup_12.5/index.html#36533.html are fulfilled. Next check the troubleshooting steps from https://kb.acronis.com/content/45866#2_3_Remote_installation_fails12

UAC must be disabled only on a remote machine that is not a member of an Active Directory domain.

I'd also recommend temporarily disabling the antivirus software during the installation and registration of an Agent. 

Should the issue persist, please share the results of the above steps and the full text of the error message (or screenshots with better resolution)
