where is the "dual destination" checkbox?

No matter how I try to find the checkbox of "dual destination" with reference to the manual (p67), I just don't see the checkbox during create a backup plan. I'm just tried to use the Workstation version to create the first backup plan to backup to two destinations. Is such option hidding inside "Where to backup"? Pls advice!

This option is hiding under 'options' link on the backup plan creation page and in Options > Default backup and recovery options > Default backup options in the top menu.
