Thread needs solution

I am taking 2 backups for one of my server. 

one local backup and another one on remote location. I am getting the below error while taking backup on remote location. (Only one server have issue, other backup plans are running well). Local backup is working fine. 

Error is appearing between 100 to 150 GB backup size. (Server file size approx. 1 TB). 

OS: Windows Server 2012 R2.

As I can see, you are using an older build 9010. Please update the software to the latest build 11010.

Also, what have you chosen as a backup destination: is it a NAS or a tape device? If this is a NAS, please try to reboot it to renew the information on the storage.

It's NAS. 

I have done the above steps except the software updation (My Acronis maintenance plan expired recently), but still i am getting the same error.

You can install all recent updates within the same product version even if your maintenance contract has expired. 

I'd also recommend testing a backup of the same data to some local storage. Most likely the archive is blocked from writing on the NAS, if the local backups works, it's worth checking the settings of the NAS device and also make sure no other processes use the archive.

I have updated the acronis version and tried again. But still i am facing the same issue. 

Local Backup is working fine. Only Report location have the issue.

There are other more backup plans to the same remote location, all that plans are running well, only this  machine have the issue. I check the NAS and there is no issue with it. 

Is there any other suggestions you have to check it ? May be it's failing due to any communication timeout, is there any option to increase the timeout limit ?

On a side note, I'd also try temporarily disabling the anti-virus software on the affected machine and testing the backup. But the Process Monitor log should provide you with more definite information regarding the processes locking the archive.
