Restoring Win7 64bt dual partition installtion with ATIH 2010

Thread needs solution

I will try to be short.
I have a PC at different location (can not go back and forth at once) with ATIH 2010, purchased this summer (have no idea which build).
This PC is from HP with original 3 partitions on 1 HDD (I created additional 2 data partitions and Acronis Secure Zone, total of 6 partitions now). Unfortunately, Win7 (home ed) is the cheap version - no disc provided, only HP backup partition to restore HDD into original state.
Also, important thing, this Win7 installation has 2 partitions: 100 Mb for some type of supportive files and main OS partition (if I had Win7 disc I would get rid of 100 Mb partition, otherwise I can not, I tried).
Once this PC became unstable, and I had to use ATIH 2010 (I did back up as I usually do with ATIH 11 on XP PC), but I guess the process is different now, I think I did backup of only main OS partition and when I did restore I got BSOD telling me that OS is not found, so I had to use HP backup partition to restore to presale condition.
I was looking around for the correct directions at this time, but could not find any and the time was tight, so I did the following backups: OS and 100 Mb partitions as 1 backup, and second option were 2 separate backups of OS partition and 100 Mb partition.
So, now the need for restore from backup getting close and I need the correct direction, which backup, from above mentioned, to use.
Thanks in advance.

P.S. If it was mentioned before, just provide the link.

Windows 7 should let you create a System Repair Disc. This can be booted to perform boot repairs, etc. Click the Start button and type in "repair" and it should come up as Create a System Repair Disc.

There are ways to move the booting files while in Windows. See this post as an example.

In your case (if restoring to the same drive as when backed up), you should be able to just restore the Windows partition. Either backup can be used. If restoring to a different drive, I would restore both partitions form the backup that includes both.
