After installing True Image I get the subject error and the computer just continues with the circling dots.

Seems the product has written off my computer.

Any ideas please.

As you say "ça prend parfois du temps". I don't know how long, it was four hours when I stopped checking and was done eight hours later.

 

Thanks, at least I had some hope when I left it.
