set default options in ati 2010
Hi, is there a way to set default options in ati 2010? I seem to recall that earlier versions allowed this saving you the hassle of setting your preferences every time you run a backup. Any ideas?

I assume you're referring to the Windows version since you can't change any default settings on the boot media version.
Click on Tools & Utilities on the toolbar and then select Options.
You can also press the Alt key and then select Options from the File menu.
Hi, Thanks for the response, and yes im sorry I should have said im using ATI 2010 on windows (7). An example of what I want to change the default setting of is when I choose to do a full system backup, the box is already ticked to say "A new full backup overwrites the previous one" I just know one day im going to push buttons in a hurry then only to delete in error an old backup I could want.

I don't think that option can be changed since it's not in the main settings.
You may want to relocate or rename the backups you're keeping so that TI won't see them as a "previous" backup. You could also just copy the backups to another drive.
