Use Linux Recovery Media for True Image 2019, Not WinPE

The default WinPE recovery program hangs when doing a complete hard disk restore. The WinPE media boots ok, but when I ran the recovery program, the progress bar showed zero progress after several hours. I could not get the program to exit by normal means, so I unplugged my pc. I started over using a Linux boot disk, and the Linux program worked fine and restored the hard disk completely (6 partitions) in less than 1.5 hours. Clearly, the default WinPE program should not be used.

Clearly this is a unique situation that needs more investigation. I'd 100% recommend winpe over the default Linux media in most cases.

WinPe is based off of the windows environment and windows behavior. If the drive is locked by a Windows hibernation file (fastboot) winpe will see it locked too. Linux cares nothing about windows hibernation files.

Or, if you have a bad install of ADK (old version) or a bad WinRE environment (anyone on win 10 insider builds) that will cause winpe issues too.
