acronis doesn't see my drive
I have an hp envy 795.
It has a 1T drive in raid with a 14g optane module. This is the normal set up from HP.
I attached an additional 1T sata drive and a 500g usb drive.
I boot from a uefi dvd.of acronis 2018.
I can see the second 1t drive and the usb drive.
I can not see the windows boot drive in either backup or clone.
This is true if I boot uefi or legacy.
Both 1T drives are gpt.
When I boot windows 10 I see all of the drives.
How do I clone this drive?

Also, FYI, cloning is not possible if the source is a dynamic disk (check in computer manager if it is basic or dynamic to be sure.) It's also not possible to clone different sector drives (ie if one is native 4k and the other is 512e). In those cases, you need to do a disk backup and recovery.
Most likely, your main drive is configured in the bios with the SATA mode as RAID. This is how vendors are shipping systems with PCIE NVMe drives (even when there is only one). Using WinRE will include your system drivers and should pick up the drive.

The Optane memory module coupled with an HDD essentially is the same as the Hybrid drives of old in which a cache of NAND was used to accelerate the data flow from the HDD.
This type of drive has never been supported by True Image and thus is why I suspect you will not have success with TI as a backup product for your machine.
