Snap Deploy PXE boot frozen on "Processing, please wait..."

Thread needs solution

I am trying to boot a Dell E6410 Latitude notebook computer into the Acronis PXE Server to send an image to the computer, however, when I boot into the PXE server, it gets stuck at the splash screen "Processing, please wait...". I see from other posts that a custom ISO is needed directly from Acronis. Can I please get this asap? I am testing your product and this is not a good thing for this not to work out of the box, especially if I am to use Snap Deploy across other machine types.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for your post. I will definitely help you with this issue.

This is most likely a hardware issue, I would recommend to update to the latest build of Acronis Snap Deploy 3 and see if the issue persists.

I am certain that the new build will address this problem. If you do not mind, in case you have additional questions I would really appreciate if you could post them in the main thread.
