I have been trying for almost a month to get the update 9796 to complete a download. I tried everything Acronis support asked, and still no help

Anyone else having the same problem.  I am using xp pro

By the build, I assume it's the US English version.

Are you using a download manager? If so, which one?

Does the download stop at the same place every time?

What type and speed of internet connection do you have?
